Delivery

We know you can't wait to get your hands on some incredible Good Human coffee, so we will make every effort to ship orders received pre 11am GMT, Mon - Fri, the same day. However, please note the shipping times given in your dispatch emails and the tracking information we provide.

For the UK - All orders between £0 and £10 value are subject to a flat rate UK delivery charge of £2.95. All goods of a value between £10.01 and £29.99 are subject to a flat rate UK delivery charge of £0.95. Orders over £30.00 will be shipped within the UK for free on our 48 hour tracked service. For orders from outside the UK, the following charges apply:

For the EU - Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden: Order values between £0 and £10 in value will attract a shipping charge of £9.50. For order values between £10.01 and £20, delivery is charged at £6.95.  For order values between £20.01 and £50, delivery is charged at £5.95.  For order values between £50.01 and £200, delivery is charged at £10. For larger orders please contact us directly for a quote.

For other Countries - For Canada, United States, Israel, United Arab Emirates: Order values between £0 and £60 in value will attract a shipping charge of £19.95. For order values between £60.01 and £200, delivery is charged at £25. For larger orders please contact us directly for a quote.

COVID-19 UPDATE: There are no interruptions to service presently 

All in stock items are dispatched within 1 business day (Mon - Fri). For any out of stock items we will notify you of the expected delivery date via email.  

Cancellation & Returns

Please follow our refund policy

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. Please ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Goods must be in the exact same condition they were sold in.

No refund will be provided until the goods have been received at our warehouse and approved. If you fail to return the goods, we will not provide any refund until you do. If the goods arrive more than 5 working days after the date your return was approved, you may not receive a refund unless you can prove that the delay is due to the courier. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us or return in a worse state than they were dispatched, we may charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or described incorrectly.

Changes to these terms

Our terms & conditions were brought into effect on 21st June 2022.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms & conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
